After nearly two decades in the residential home development industry, Christina will anchor operations. Her unwavering attention to detail, organization, and perfection were both the secrets to her past successes and a critical component in our operational delivery.

Spanning nearly three decades, Greg has experienced a successful engineering/construction career building, expanding, and improving businesses across the globe. He brings this deep understanding of business and financial acumen to leading a business he is passionate about.

Growing up in St Kitts my heart has always been about business and customer service and making people feel appreciated, so my journey started with me starting a business and going to college to study Hospitality with me graduating with Honors and Distinctions. My internship took me to a couple hotels but moving to another country (Tortola) in 2001 got me into the boating industry and I never looked back. I started off as a receptionist and then I did a crossing to St Martine and I was hooked moved up the ladder with my love for people, water and the intricacies of this business has gotten me being Customer service Manager and Admin Manger at The Moorings ,to the Base Manger of Dream Caribbean Blue this awesome company that is allowing me to grow and expand there ideas and infect this industry with their vision.

Born in St. Vincent, Kimron "Indian" is the third of six children. Along with his uncles, he quickly developed a love for engines and working on them. He went to technical school for mechanics and moved between Canada and St. Vincent until receiving a job at Ottley Hall Marina.
While there he deepened his knowledge of the technical aspect of mechanics. He then moved on to work with other charter companies namely Dream Yacht and Horizon and eventually opened his own business as he saw the need for more personal attention to vessels.
He thoroughly enjoys finding the root cause of issues and honing his craft whilst taking care of his family. A chance encounter in St. Vincent led him to Dream Caribbean Blue and a move to the BVI as their Lead Technician where he continues his care and love for the fleet.

Viki
Coming from Greece, with a background in yachting at the Yacht Week, Viki plays a key role in operations at Dream Caribbean Blue. Focused on delivering quality service and creating memorable experiences, she strives to contribute positively to the company's success.
She studied Business at the University of Bath, Producing at Royal Holloway University and holds the ACCA certification in Chartered Accountancy. In her previous life she worked in the film industry for companies like Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures International and Studiocanal, in Athens, London and Paris. She even took a chance on entrepreneurship and founded Endorphin Film Sales.
You will find her hiking, watching arthouse films, or appreciating a good glass of wine – evident in her WSET Level 3 certification. You can speak to her in English, Greek, or French.

Gale has an extensive career in real estate, title administration, medical administration and bookkeeping. She also owned her own retail business for 16 years, and her own trucking firm for 10. She was born in Santa Monica and has lived in Southern California her entire life, living in South Bay, South Orange County and now in Palm Desert for the last 30 years.

Alyssa
Alyssa Garcia has joined Dream Caribbean Blue’s financial operations as a Junior Accountant, having a bachelors degree in accounting and finance from Sacred Heart University. Her experience working for a municipality, small business, real estate, insurance and the construction industry has allowed her to carry a wide range of diverse skill sets and knowledge to participate in implementing sustainability in growth and expansion for DCB. With a decade of experience in problem solving and improving skill sets she learned the importance of adaptability in uncontrollable environments with patience.
While in college she started her accounting career gaining experience in one of the biggest municipalities in Connecticut that governed over 6,000 employees. She was promoted into three different positions that allowed her to gain a wide range of experience and knowledge in the financial and construction industry, working in the Finance Department and Community Development Block Grants Department in a time period of five years. She then ceased an adventurous opportunity, which led to her departure from the municipality, to grow a small start up business in the industry of Energy Efficiency. In three years she advanced the company from making 100’s of thousands in sales, to multi millions in annual sales. She learned the qualities in making and implementing business decisions, structures, processes, and procedures. Prioritizing customer service experiences and team building, the company is continuing growth and financial success to this day. Leaving the company in good terms she then ventured into the real estate and insurance industry as a self employed individual, while helping run her family’s construction business.
Her great passion to help small companies and being a part of something bigger than her sparked her interest in joining Dream Caribbean Blue’s financial division. Her desire to learn about the functions of different industries has driven her ambition to cease this opportunity to be the Junior Accountant of DCB. Finding security in working with a team of ambitious, ethical individuals she looks forward to serving many years of dedication to sustaining and growing the company and building business relationships.
